What are row credits?
Row credits let you process rows through matching, deduplication, and data operations. Previews are free, and re-runs within 24 hours do not re-bill. Row credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
How do team seats work?
Adding teammates gives them access to your shared workspace. All team members share the same monthly row credits and feature limits. Seats add access, not additional capacity. To increase your quota limits, upgrade to a higher tier.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of row credits?
You can upgrade to a higher tier for more monthly row credits, or contact us for a temporary boost during peak demand.
Is there a free trial?
Our Google Sheets add-on includes a free tier with 5,000 rows per month. Deal Desk includes guided implementation.
What is the AI Flow Builder?
AI Flow Builder lets you create Salesforce Flows using natural language. Free includes 3 lifetime trial runs, then Pro and Unleashed include it with a connected Salesforce org. Flows deploy as Draft only and are validated against your live Salesforce metadata.
What is the GRR Model Builder?
GRR Model Builder creates Gross Revenue Retention cohort analysis from your Salesforce Opportunity data. It outputs a five-tab workbook with cohort pivots, customer detail, quality flags, and methodology notes. GRR Model Builder and Refresh GRR Model are included in Pro and Unleashed.
